The body is always the starting point. Every composition is developed around movement, anatomy and natural proportions rather than being placed onto the skin as a separate image. The design follows the body, creating a visual flow that feels intentional from every angle. At the same time, every project is shaped by the person wearing it. Character, lifestyle, personal aesthetics and individual presence all become part of the creative process.

The Language of Contrast
The visual identity of the composition is built through contrast.
Soft, flowing lines meet sharp angles and structured forms, creating tension, rhythm and balance within the same piece. Rather than opposing one another, these elements work together to reflect the complexity of both the human body and human character.
The result feels dynamic, organic and naturally integrated with the anatomy.
Beyond Literal Meaning
A composition can begin with an emotion, memory or abstract idea without describing it directly.
Meaning doesn’t have to be obvious to exist. Sometimes it lives within the movement of the lines, the balance of negative space or the relationship between individual elements.
Just as often, a composition is created purely through visual intuition, allowing form, rhythm and proportion to become the message themselves.
Part of Your Identity
A tattoo becomes part of the way a person is seen.
Its placement, scale and direction influence posture, movement and visual presence. For this reason, every composition is designed not only as artwork, but as an extension of the individual wearing it.
The tattoo becomes part of the body’s identity rather than an image applied to it.
An Open Creative Process
The strongest compositions rarely begin with a finished picture.
Instead, they evolve through conversation, sketches and an understanding of the body itself. Allowing the design to develop naturally often leads to more original, balanced and personal results.
At Souls & Sinners Tattoo Studio Frankfurt, every composition is created exclusively for the individual, combining anatomy, artistic direction and contemporary tattoo design into one cohesive piece.
