AGB Agreement

I hereby confirm that I would like to have a tattoo done voluntarily using suitable instruments. To the best of my knowledge, I do not suffer from blood disorders or infections such as HIV, hepatitis, etc. I do not suffer from wound healing disorders or similar symptoms and do not take any blood thinning medications.

There are no chronic illnesses or allergies whose course could be affected by a tattoo.

I am not pregnant or breast-feeding. I haven't used alcohol or drugs in the last 24 hours.

Despite compliance with the greatest possible hygiene, care, proven techniques and working materials, side effects and/or complications may occur during or after tattooing, e.g. circulatory problems, chills, slight rebleeding from the tattoo, swelling of the skin, redness, slight scarring, or unwanted color changes due to the customer's unfavorable connective tissue.

The nature of a tattoo depends not least on the skin condition of the customer. There may therefore be slight differences in shape and color between the original and the finished tattoo.

During tattooing, the tattoo ink is inserted into the second layer of skin, the dermis, using needles. Since the skin is injured and this is painful, the process is undoubtedly a bodily injury in accordance with Section 223 (1) StGB. My consent, which has been given without restriction, does not violate the law.

Furthermore, I hereby release the tattoo artist from responsibility for any consequences of the tattoo. The customer must check the spelling of the lettering themselves.

Furthermore, I hereby release the tattoo artist and the studio from responsibility for any consequences of the tattoo that may occur. Letters must be checked for spelling by the customer himself.

In some cases, photos are taken of the tattoo and/or progress. I hereby transfer all rights to SOULSANDSINNERS Tattoo, which can use these images for advertising purposes (e.g. website, magazines, flyers, etc.) without restriction.

I have read, understood, accepted and filled out the consent form truthfully.
